My Yoga Sadhana

A thorough Cleaning - Yoga Cleansing Week(5day retreat with 2 bonus days)
Detox the body and mind the yogic way, with the Shatkarmas; safe, simple and effective cleansing techniques that have been practiced by yogis for thousands of years. Originally, they were developed in order to create harmony in the body and mind to prepare the body further for deeper meditation practices. These practices purify the different systems of the body (i.e. digestive, respiratory, circulatory, etc) by eliminating toxins so that energy can flow freely and the yogi can attain perfect health.
Once learned within the supportive ashram environment, they can be applied at home for lasting well-being.

Shatkarmas(yogic cleansing techniques) are advised to perform at the change of seasons, just like we give a thorough cleaning to our house...

Snow Mountain Retreat Centre being the basecamp, we will spend 2 days to prepare with yoga, meditation theory and practice, short distance trecking,etc followed by a 2 day trecking(camping) tour to Wenhai - the beautiful and untouched pearl lying next to a peaceful high altitude mountain village next to the Yulong Snow Moountain. Snow Mountain Retreat Centre locates in Lijiang with an altitude of 2416m, and most days of the year with crystal clear sky. The centre is next to an abandoned 1940s airport so it has a vast and panaramic view of the sky, ideal for watching the galaxy at night.
